SSC CHSL Exam for the recruitment of DEO, LDC, PAS / A & CC

SSC CHSL 2016: 

SSC conducts CHSL exam for the recruitment of Data Entry Operator (DEO), Lower Division Clerk (LDC), Postal Assistant/Sorting Assistant & Court Clerk. SSC CHSL registration process has been started by 8 October 2016. Read the complete article to know more details about SSC CHSL 2016 exam.

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will conduct of examination for Recruitment of Postal Assistants (or) Sorting Assistants, Data Entry Operators, Lower Divisional, Clerks, Court Clerk during the period from 07.01.2017 to 05.02.2017 the details of which are as under

Pay of the Posts:

• Postal Assistant / Sorting Assistant PB -1 (5200-20200 /- ),
• Grade Pay 2400/-  Data Entry Operator - Pay Band-1 (5200-20200 /-),Grade Pay Rs. 2400/-  
• Data Entry Operator - Pay Band-1 (5200-20200 /-),Grade Pay Rs. 1900/- 
• Lower Division Clerk - Pay Band -1 (5200-20200 /-),Grade Pay Rs. 1900/-   
• Court Clerk - Pay Band -1 (5200-20200 /-) ,Grade Pay Rs. 1900/-

Age Limit : 

18-27 years as on 01.01.2017 (Candidates born not before 02-01-1990 and not later than 01-01-1999).

Educational Qualification : 

12th Standard or equivalent examination from a recognized Board or University.

all the degree/diplomas/certificates including technical education degree/diploma awarded through Open and Distance Learning mode of education by the Universities established by an Act of Parliament or State Legislature.

All candidates who are called for appearing at the Typing Test/Skill Test will be required to produce the relevant Certificate in Original such as Mark sheets, Provisional Certificate, etc. as proof of having acquired the minimum educational qualification on or before 01.01.2017 failing which the candidature of such candidate will be cancelled by the Commission.

The candidates who are able to prove, by documentary evidence that the result of the qualifying examination was declared on or before the cutoff date i.e. 01.01.2017 and has been declared passed, will also be considered to have the required Educational Qualification.

Application fee:

Mode of payment of fee payable Rs. 100/-(Rupees One Hundred only). Candidates may note that online application will be accepted at http://ssconline.nic.in only. Fee paid in respect of online application through SBI Challan /Net banking and any credit and debit cards will be accepted.
