Essential Qualification and Experience:
General Manager (Finance) -> ICAI/ICWAI or Full time MBA (Finance) or equivalent. Minimum 15 Years of relevant experience.
Additional General Manager (Finance) -> ICAI/ICWAI or Full time MBA (Finance) or equivalent. Minimum 12 Years of relevant experience.
Deputy General Manager (Finance) -> ICAI/ICWAI or Full time MBA (Finance) or equivalent with aggregate 60% marks. Minimum 09 Years of relevant experience.
Project Manager (Civil) -> Full time Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 06 Years of relevant experience.
Deputy Project Manager (Civil) -> Full time Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 03 Years of relevant experience.
Deputy Project Manager (Electrical) -> Full time Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 03 Years of relevant experience.
Deputy Manager (Law) -> Full time Degree in Law. Minimum 03 Years of relevant experience.
Assistant Manager (Law) -> Full time Degree in Law. Minimum 02 Years of relevant experience.
Sr. Project Executive (Civil) -> Full time Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 02 Years experience.
Sr. Project Executive (Electrical) -> Full time Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 02 Years experience.
Assistant Manager (HRM) -> Full time MBA/MSW/two years Post Graduate Diploma in management with Specialization in HRM / PM/IR as major subject with 60 % aggregate marks. Minimum 02 Years experience.
Assistant Manager (Rajbhasha) -> Master's Degree in Hindi with English as a subject at a degree level OR Master's Degree of a recognized University in English with Hindi as a subject at a degree level. Minimum one year Diploma in Translation from government recognized University / Institute. Minimum 02 Years experience.
Junior Engineer (Civil) -> Three years full time Diploma in Civil Engineering with 60 % aggregate marks.
Junior Engineer (Electrical) -> Three years full time Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 60 % aggregate marks.
Application Fee: A non-refundable fee of ₹ 1000/- for Executive Posts (E-1 & above) & ₹ 500/- for Non-Executive Posts (Jr. Engineer (Civil) & Jr. Engineer (Electrical)) (Candidate will be levied tax/charge from their transaction bank, as applicable). SC, ST, PWD & Departmental candidates are exempted from payment of application fee. The Candidates are required to make applicationfee payment through debit card/credit card/net-banking.
Selection Process: The Selection procedure will be decided by NBCC depending upon the response received against each post. The selection criteria for candidates applying for E-4 level & above posts can be by way of Personal Interview or by way of Group Discussion & Personal Interview or written test followed by Group Discussion & Personal Interview or by any other appropriate way. Decision of NBCC will be final in this regard. The Selection of candidates applying for E-3 level and below will be through Written Test/ Skill Test only.
